IonAI launches Scribe: a meeting note generator with organizational memory and compliance filters

Scribe captures multi-speaker meetings and produces structured summaries, action items, and decisions, while linking those outputs into a searchable organizational knowledge graph. IonAI built Scribe with a focus on auditability and policy controls to meet enterprise governance needs.

The product offers customizable compliance filters that redact sensitive PII, prevent the inclusion of classified project names, and enforce retention policies. Scribe integrates with common calendar and conferencing platforms and can operate in a private cloud environment.

IonAI raised $35 million to support enterprise sales, compliance engineering, and integrations. The round was led by Accel with participation from strategic customers in the financial services and healthcare industries.

Teams trialing Scribe noted improved meeting efficiency, fewer lost action items, and stronger cross-team discoverability of decisions. IonAI will offer admin tooling for data residency and role-based access to generated outputs.
