LatticeAI launches 'MuseXR' multimodal model and closes $120M Series B

LatticeAI, an AI startup focused on spatial intelligence, has unveiled MuseXR, a 200-billion-parameter multimodal model tailored for augmented and virtual reality content generation. The company claims MuseXR combines real-time scene understanding with on-device optimization, enabling dynamic lighting, object suggestion, and conversational agents inside headsets.

To accelerate commercialization, LatticeAI also announced a $120 million Series B led by Horizon Capital, with participation from existing investors Nova Ventures and AR pioneer VoxelWorks. The round will fund edge-optimizations, partnerships with headset manufacturers, and a developer SDK that launches in Q4 2026.

Early partners include an enterprise training startup and a niche XR game studio that will integrate MuseXR for interactive NPCs and automated environment generation. LatticeAI says pricing will be usage-based, with a free tier for indie XR developers and enterprise licensing for headset makers and large studios.
