LatticeXR raises $75M Series B to scale enterprise AR collaboration and spatial analytics

LatticeXR provides an AR collaboration layer for factories, construction sites, and field service teams, offering anchored notes, remote annotations, and spatial work orders. The startup plans to use the new capital to scale its content pipeline, edge-hosted mapping services, and API integrations with PLM and ERP systems.

With this round LatticeXR will deploy additional regional map-hosting infrastructure for privacy-sensitive customers and improve indoor mapping SDKs for faster site onboarding. The company also previewed an upcoming 'digital twin sync' feature that keeps AR overlays consistent as physical sites change.

Investors pointed to steady ARR growth from large industrial accounts. LatticeXR said it will expand its enterprise salesforce and launch a managed services offering for global rollouts.
