LoopCanvas Raises $14M Seed to Launch Interview-Driven User Research Platform

LoopCanvas announced a $14 million seed round led by HumanFirst VC to build a research platform centered around interview-driven insights. The startup highlights connectors to design systems so research findings can be traced to UI components and tickets.

The platform automates participant recruitment, session transcription, AI-assisted tagging, and insight clustering, but also preserves raw clips and verbatim quotes for designers to review. LoopCanvas offers UX debt dashboards that map recurring complaints to specific components and release versions.

Design teams piloting the product reported fewer missed usability issues and better alignment between research and product roadmaps. LoopCanvas plans to add collaborative synthesis features, bridging research artifacts with design handoffs.
