MetaLens raises $25M to bring context-aware product photography AI to marketplaces

MetaLens’s API assembles realistic product scenes, applies consistent studio lighting, and generates multiple perspective shots while maintaining accurate color and material properties. The company emphasizes control for designers and merchants through style templates and brand profiles.

The $25 million round led by Springpark Capital will scale compute capacity, expand photogrammetry ingestion pipelines, and build integrations with commerce platforms. MetaLens says the tech reduces the cost barrier to professional-looking photography for small sellers.

Marketplaces piloting the service reported faster onboarding of merchant catalogs and higher conversion on listings with AI-generated context images. MetaLens plans to add AR previews and light retouching tools to its suite in the next quarter.
