Miro debuts Live Widgets: AI-driven collaborative design modules

Miro introduced Live Widgets, a set of embeddable modules that generate content—such as user flows, journey maps, and persona cards—using AI models tuned for workshop facilitation and product design. Widgets update in real time as collaborators edit prompts and constraints.

Live Widgets integrate with meeting tools and Miro's polling features, enabling facilitators to seed workshops quickly and iterate on generated outputs. The company also released a widget SDK so teams can build custom generators aligned with their processes and templates.

Miro positions Live Widgets as a way to accelerate the divergent phase of design sessions, making ideation less dependent on a single note-taker or facilitator. The feature is available to enterprise and business plans and includes audit trails for compliance-conscious organizations.
