MirrorMetrics Raises $20M to Launch 'UXPulse', a Live Behavioral Analytics Product

UXPulse combines session sampling, funnel analysis, and automated anomaly detection to alert teams when a new release correlates with worsening UX metrics. MirrorMetrics' round was led by Insightful Ventures.

Beyond traditional heatmaps, UXPulse provides element-level impact scoring that ties visual changes to KPI shifts, helping teams quickly identify regressions introduced by CSS or layout changes. The platform also supports experiment tagging and cohort-based comparisons.

MirrorMetrics offers integrations with feature flagging and CI/CD pipelines so teams get automatic assessments post-deploy. There are also tools for prioritized bug queues with reproducible steps and session snapshots.

Funding will be used to scale ingestion pipelines, expand privacy-safe sampling methods, and build plugins for common design tools so designers can see metric implications directly in their workflows.
