Mosaic Labs launches 'FlowCharts' — AI-driven research synthesis for product teams

Mosaic Labs rolled out FlowCharts, which automates parts of the research synthesis process by combining LLM summarization, clustering, and UX pattern detection. Teams can upload interview transcripts, survey results, and session recordings; FlowCharts outputs journey maps, pain-point heatmaps, and prioritized recommendations.

The company emphasized transparency: FlowCharts links each synthesized insight back to the raw sources and provides a confidence score for every recommendation. It also supports tagging schemas that conform to existing product taxonomies.

Early customers report faster handoffs to engineering and clearer alignment across PM, design, and research teams. Mosaic plans to add integrations with popular analytics platforms and a collaborative board for stakeholders to annotate and accept proposed action items.

Mosaic Labs is launching FlowCharts with a tiered pricing model and enterprise features like compliance exports and private model hosting. The company also announced a $7 million seed round to accelerate product development and grow customer success.
