MuseAI, which builds a multimodal assistant that converts user research, screenshots, and design tokens into actionable product recommendations, closed a $45 million Series B led by Horizon Growth with participation from existing investors and two strategic corporate VCs.
The round will fund deeper integrations with Figma, Adobe, Jira, and enterprise identity providers plus hires across ML, design research, and industry compliance. MuseAI says the new features will include on-prem deployment options and audit trails for regulated verticals such as healthcare and finance.
Design leads who piloted the expanded platform praised MuseAI’s ability to synthesize qualitative interviews into prioritized design backlog items and generate annotated interaction prototypes. The company plans a staged public rollout of advanced collaboration features this fall, with an enterprise pricing tier focused on governance and data residency.
