MuseMotion launches GesturePad after $7M seed to simplify motion design

MuseMotion announced GesturePad, a motion design tool that captures real device gestures and converts them into reusable motion components synchronized with design tokens. The company closed a $7 million seed round led by Motion Foundry to scale product development and integrations.

GesturePad supports exporting motion components as CSS, JavaScript animations, and Lottie files, making it easier for design systems to embed consistent motion language. Designers can create a gesture library that engineers import directly, streamlining the handoff and reducing rework.

MuseMotion will use funding to add collaborative features, enterprise governance controls for animation usage, and API access for programmatic motion manipulation. Early adopters report improved consistency and faster implementation of microinteractions across product suites.
