Nebula Studios Secures $15M Seed to Build Narrative AI Tools for Game Writers

Nebula Studios’ tools are built to assist narrative teams, offering scene generators, character arc planners and dialog branching testers that simulate player choices. The company emphasizes that models are fine-tuned on game-specific corpora and include utilities to detect contradiction, continuity breaks and pacing issues.

The seed funding, led by Creative Capital, will be used to expand collaboration features and integrate Nebula directly into popular game engines. Early adopters include several indie studios and AAA narrative teams exploring AI-assisted iteration workflows.

Nebula also plans to add versioned narrative assets so writers can merge and resolve branching scripts collaboratively, along with tooling to export branching logic into runtime-friendly formats for quick prototyping.
