HaloDeck combines a 4K per-eye microOLED display, low-latency color passthrough cameras, and an optics stack optimized for natural fusion between virtual and physical content. NebulaVR emphasized comfort and long-session ergonomics, citing reduced weight and a balanced thermal architecture that supports extended use.
The $140 million Series C will scale manufacturing lines, expand developer tools, and fund enterprise pilots in industrial training and remote collaboration. NebulaVR said it will also invest in low-latency cloud rendering partnerships to support graphically intensive applications without requiring desktop-class PCs.
Developer previews for the HaloDeck SDK ship next month, and NebulaVR is working with several training companies on pilot deployments in manufacturing and medical simulation. Consumer pre-orders open after the developer preview, with the company targeting regional rollout in Q4.
