NeuraCraft, a startup building multimodal AI for UI and product design, closed a $40 million Series B led by Blue Ridge Ventures with participation from existing backers. The company says the round values it at roughly $380 million and will be used to expand its enterprise product and accelerate international sales.
The firm’s flagship product combines text, sketches, and user flow inputs to generate interactive prototypes and style systems. New funds will be allocated toward deepening integrations with Figma, Webflow, and major design ops platforms, plus hiring across ML engineering and customer success.
NeuraCraft also announced a roadmap milestone: a collaborative live-edit feature that allows design teams to co-author AI-generated variations in real time. The company claims the feature will enter private beta with select Fortune 500 customers in September.
