NimbusAI raises $85M to ship real-time code assistant for ML pipelines

NimbusAI announced a $85 million Series B led by Horizon Ventures, with participation from existing backers and two strategic cloud partners. The company plans to use the capital to scale its hosted runtime that executes model-aware code completions in production data pipelines.

The core product, Nimbus Flow, pairs an LLM-based assistant with runtime instrumentation to provide suggestions that respect data schemas, model drift checks and CI gates. Early enterprise pilots report 40-60% reduction in loop time between data changes and model updates.

NimbusAI said it will release a GA product this quarter with SDKs for Python, Spark and dbt, plus a browser-based workflow builder for MLOps teams. The Series B also funds expansion of its observability integrations and an offline-view mode for regulated environments.
