NodeGrid unveils quantum-ready database and raises $60M for enterprise rollouts

NodeGrid announced a new distributed database designed to be quantum-resistant and to support high-throughput real-time analytics. The product combines lattice-based cryptography for storage with sharded compute nodes to deliver sub-second query performance on large datasets.

The company closed a $60 million round led by Sentinel Capital to accelerate enterprise adoption and expand compliance tooling. NodeGrid's roadmap includes connectors for data visualization tools and a policy engine that enforces cryptographic access controls and audit chains for regulated industries.

Designers and product teams working on secure dashboards see value in the database's native auditability—debugging and compliance workflows can trace every UI query back to a cryptographic event. NodeGrid also offers templated UI components for secure data visualizations to reduce time-to-market for compliance-sensitive products.

NodeGrid aims to launch pilot programs with banks and health networks this year and will open a managed cloud offering with dedicated compliance zones in early 2027.
