NovaDesk raises $60M to launch a generative IDE for product designers and engineers

NovaDesk raised $60 million in a Series C led by Horizon Ventures, with the round earmarked for expanding their developer tools and enterprise SDK offerings. The company positions NovaStudio as a bridge between designers and engineers.

NovaStudio accepts Figma files and interactive prototypes, and uses a multimodal model to generate accessible, testable React, Flutter, or native iOS code. It includes component extraction, state mapping, and a visual diff tool for design-system compliance.

Pilot customers say NovaStudio cuts front-end implementation time by up to 50 percent and reduces iteration friction. NovaDesk also announced open APIs that let design systems teams plug in linters and internal component libraries to keep generated code aligned with engineering standards.
