NovaMesh raises $95M to build mesh networking for next‑gen AR gaming

NovaMesh's protocol handles anchor discovery, consistency, and conflict resolution across intermittent mobile connections, enabling multiple devices to share a synchronized AR world. The stack supports predictive reconciliation so anchors persist despite network churn.

The round was co‑led by Benchmark and Tencent, with support from theme‑park operators and a private investor group. NovaMesh will scale its global relay nodes, provide SDKs for Unity and Unreal, and work with mobile carriers for edge routing.

Pilot deployments include a citywide AR scavenger hunt and a mixed‑reality escape room operator. NovaMesh claims the funding will let them pursue both consumer AR experiences and enterprise spatial workflows.
