NovaPlay Launches Cross-Progression Indie Storefront and Raises $12M to Promote Developers

NovaPlay debuted a digital storefront aimed at indie developers that guarantees cross-progression and cross-buy where supported. The system provides unified cloud saves, entitlement reconciliation across storefronts, and a lightweight SDK so studios can opt into NovaPlay's services.

The startup announced a $12 million funding round led by IndieFund Partners to support developer-first features like co-marketing, launch support, and user acquisition credits. NovaPlay says the funds will expand operations and negotiate deeper platform partnerships.
