NVIDIA announced OmniDesign, a set of models and runtime optimizations for generating UI assets, animations, and component variations using GPUs. The models leverage tensor cores for efficient batch inference and include utilities to export outputs into standard design formats such as SVG, Lottie, and Figma-compatible JSON.
OmniDesign is bundled with a local inference runtime that can be integrated into desktop design apps or game engines for fast on-premise generation. NVIDIA highlighted reduced latency and energy efficiency when running OmniDesign on RTX GPUs compared with CPU-hosted inference, enabling near-instantaneous iteration during creative sessions.
Large studios and hardware manufacturers praised the release for allowing studio-grade asset generation without relying on cloud inference, noting the implications for IP-sensitive work. NVIDIA plans to release developer guides for integrating OmniDesign into existing pipelines and to open-source model evaluation benchmarks.
