OrbitAI raises $60M to ship EdgePilot — an LLM toolkit for warehouse robots

OrbitAI’s Series B was led by Blue Harbor Ventures with participation from Foundry Bridge and several strategic operators in logistics. The $60 million round will accelerate production deployments and fund new compiler and quantization tools to tighten the model-to-hardware pipeline.
The new product, EdgePilot, combines a 60M-parameter policy model optimized for ARM NPUs with a runtime that guarantees bounded latency and a lightweight safety monitor that runs locally. OrbitAI says the stack supports a standardized ROS extension and integrates with existing fleet management systems.
Early customers at three third-party logistics sites reported 20–30% improvement in pick routing and a 40% reduction in remote intervention. OrbitAI plans commercial availability in Q4 2026 and a developer SDK to be released under a permissive license for integrators and OEMs.
