ClashForge uses server-authoritative physics and a hybrid rollback/state-synchronization model to deliver low-latency competitive matches across consoles and mobile devices. The game ships with a mod-friendly matchmaking API and tools for community tournaments and spectator modes.
Paladin’s $30 million Series B was led by Playline Capital and will be used to onboard professional teams, expand global server regions, and fund user-generated content grants. The studio says the funding will also accelerate cross-region competitive features and anti-cheat investments.
Initial reviews praise ClashForge’s tight input responsiveness and seamless cross-platform lobbies, though some competitive players noted a steep learning curve for frame-perfect mechanics. Paladin plans to roll out ranked seasons and a creator marketplace over the next six months.
