Palette AI launches ModelKitchen to build custom multimodal agents, raises $30M

ModelKitchen provides connectors to vision, speech and LLM models, plus orchestration that handles context routing, tool selection and safety filters. Non-technical product managers can assemble agent blueprints through a visual canvas and test in simulated user flows.

Palette AI emphasized modular safety features: policy blocks, provenance tracing and audit logs that make it easier for enterprises to certify agents before deployment. The studio includes deployment targets for web, mobile and embedded devices.

The Series B was led by NextWave Capital and will fund model optimization, additional prebuilt integrations for enterprise SaaS and a partner program for system integrators. Palette AI also plans to launch a hosted marketplace of vetted skills.
