Palette raises $11M to ship generative color system for brand designers

Palette announced an $11 million seed round and the release of Palette Studio, a tool that generates adaptive color systems based on brand parameters and usage scenarios. Designers can input brand anchors, contrast targets, and cultural preferences to get tokenized palettes ready for implementation.

Palette Studio exports tokens for popular CSS frameworks, design tokens formats, and design tool variables. It includes accessibility checks for contrast and color vision deficiency simulations, and can produce contextual variants for dark modes and low-power displays.

The funding will expand language support, build enterprise governance controls, and create plugin integrations for design and code workflows. Design teams report faster onboarding and fewer token-related accessibility regressions when using the system.
