PaletteAI closes $62M Series C to expand design-to-code automation for enterprises

PaletteAI, known for its automated design-to-code conversion tool, announced a $62 million Series C led by RiverStone Growth. The startup's technology maps Figma and Sketch files to semantic components and scaffolded code with styling systems and state management.

With the new capital, PaletteAI plans to add exports for additional frameworks (including SvelteKit and Compose Multiplatform), strengthen accessibility enforcement, and introduce role-based governance for large teams. The product roadmap prioritizes reducing manual handoffs between designers and frontend engineers.

PaletteAI says several Fortune 500 customers are piloting the enterprise tier to accelerate distributed product teams. The company is also launching a certification program for design system maintainers to ensure generated code meets internal standards.
