PaletteAI Raises $45M Series B, Unveils Palette Studio v3 for Design Teams

PaletteAI announced a $45 million Series B this morning led by Meridian Ventures and followed by several strategic design-focused funds. The round will accelerate international expansion and product development after the company saw a 3x increase in enterprise trials over the past year.

Alongside the funding, PaletteAI shipped Palette Studio v3, a workspace that blends generative composition, constraint-driven design tokens, and an approval layer for brand teams. Studio v3 introduces 'brand guards' — AI policies that automatically flag component deviations and suggest remediations aligned to style guides.

The new release also emphasizes real-time collaboration: synchronous editing, live change histories, and Figma-compatible exports. PaletteAI says its focus is less on replacing designers and more on automating repetitive layout and variation tasks while keeping human oversight central.
