PaletteAI raises $55M Series B to scale real-time image synthesis API

PaletteAI announced a $55 million Series B led by Accel with participation from GV and Designer Fund, bringing its total funding to $92 million. Investors pointed to rising demand for real-time generative assets in product and game development as the catalyst for the round.

Simultaneously, PaletteAI launched Palette Live, a new low-latency image synthesis API optimized for interactive editing and streaming. The company says Live cuts response time to under 300ms for typical 1024x1024 compositing tasks while maintaining style consistency across frames.

Early partners include a major game studio and two enterprise design tools that plan to embed the API for in-app prototyping and multiplayer creative sessions. PaletteAI also published best-practice guidance for color consistency, brand safety, and asset ownership to ease enterprise adoption.
