Flowboard lets teams drag images, sketches, and references into a shared canvas and then proposes complementary materials, texture swatches, and color harmonies drawn from a curated material library. The AI also flags accessibility concerns and suggests texture adjustments for manufacturing feasibility.

The app supports export to CAD-ready palettes and includes collaboration features like timestamped annotations and approval workflows. Designers can lock selections and request alternative material palettes for specific constraints such as cost or manufacturing method.

Paperless Studio will offer an enterprise tier with material sourcing integrations so product teams can link sample procurement to concept boards. The company emphasizes that Flowboard is meant to accelerate ideation rather than replace tactile material evaluation.
