PersonaOps launches privacy-preserving customer AI and raises $12M seed

PersonaOps’ system creates short-lived embeddings derived from session context—purchase history, recent interactions, and sentiment indicators—that expire after a configurable window. Agents receive curated suggested responses, summarizations, and prioritized tickets without long-term retention of raw PII.
The $12 million seed came from TrustLayer and several CRM-focused angels; funds will support integrations with major helpdesk platforms and investments in federated learning to continually improve models without aggregating raw customer data. PersonaOps highlights GDPR and CCPA alignment as a differentiator.
Early pilots with retail and healthcare contact centers reported faster resolution times and fewer escalations, while legal teams found the company's retention controls easy to validate. PersonaOps plans to add voice-to-text summarization and multilingual persona generation in the next release.
