PixelFlow secures $30M seed+ to launch Flowboard, a collaborative generative design workspace

PixelFlow emerged from stealth today with Flowboard, a collaborative, browser-native design workspace that integrates generative AI models directly into the design canvas. Flowboard supports vector manipulation, responsive layout constraints, and built-in brand systems, and layers generative prompts where designers can ask for imagery, icons, and on-brand microcopy without leaving the canvas.

The startup raised $30 million in a seed+ round led by Studio Capital with participation from strategic angels at major design tools firms. The funding will be used to scale model integrations, build templates and brand-management features, and accelerate hiring across product and design teams. PixelFlow says Flowboard emphasizes predictable output by tempering generative models with explicit brand tokens and visual continuity tools.

Early testers praised Flowboard for speeding iteration during concepting and helping non-design-savvy stakeholders contribute idea variants. PixelFlow plans a closed beta in Q3 2026, with a public launch and enterprise tier slated for early 2027.
