PixelForge launches 'MicroMotion' — compact motion design tool for micro-interactions

PixelForge unveiled MicroMotion, a focused motion-design tool that lets teams design, preview, and export micro-interactions as small, performant animations. The tool emphasizes production-ready output: CSS, Lottie, and optimized SVG motion exports tailored for mobile and web.

MicroMotion integrates with design systems and exports tokenized motion values so animations can be swapped globally. The editor includes physics presets, timing curves, and a realtime preview across device frames and densities.

Early design teams reported that MicroMotion reduced friction between designers and engineers by providing unambiguous animation specs and code snippets that match the visual output. PixelForge also provides version control and a sharing library for approved micro-interactions.

The company will use initial revenue and a small seed extension to build collaboration features and enterprise single sign-on, and it plans to launch a plugin marketplace for community-created presets.
