Polaris AI raises $120M to launch real-time UX assistant for enterprise apps

Polaris AI closed a $120 million Series C led by Meridian Capital with participation from existing backers and several strategic cloud providers. The round values the company at roughly $1.2 billion and will fund engineering expansion and integrations with major SaaS platforms.

Alongside the funding, Polaris launched Polaris Live, a low-latency in-app assistant designed to intercept user flows and inject contextual guidance, tailored help, and adaptive microcopy. The company says the model runs at the edge to meet enterprise performance and privacy requirements.

Early partners report reduced support tickets and faster onboarding. Polaris emphasizes designer controls — UX teams can pin tone, brand voice, and safety constraints — positioning the product for teams that need AI augmentation without losing design governance.
