Prism Analytics raises $48M to launch privacy-first customer intelligence platform

The round was led by Consent Capital and followed by several martech investors. Prism’s platform ingests event streams, applies differential privacy techniques, and outputs aggregated behavioral insights and model-ready cohorts for experimentation.
Prism emphasizes governance: consent management, audit trails, and opt-out enforcement are native. The company demonstrated campaigns where marketers used Prism cohorts to increase engagement without exposing identifiable user data in downstream analytics.
Prism will offer integrations with major adtech and CRM vendors and a managed service for enterprise customers. The company also committed to open-sourcing some privacy utilities to foster interoperable consent standards.
