Promptly raises $12M seed and launches low-code prompt engineering platform
AI · 3 min read
Promptly's seed round was led by Construct Ventures and will be used to expand integrations with major LLM providers and build enterprise-grade versioning controls. The startup says teams from fintech and customer service verticals signed up for early pilots.
The product introduces a visual prompt composer, A/B testing, and a runtime that routes prompts to different models based on context and cost constraints. It also includes a schema-driven output validator and policy layer to reduce hallucination and risk in production use.
Promptly emphasizes collaboration: designers, analysts, and engineers can iterate on prompts in a shared workspace while maintaining a governance trail for audits. The platform integrates with CI/CD pipelines to enable safe rollout of prompt changes across products.
