Pulse UX Analytics introduces generative insights and automated microcopy fixes
Tech · 4 min read
Pulse now analyzes user session replays, funnel drop-offs, and heatmaps, using an internal model to produce prioritized recommendations—such as clarifying CTAs, reducing form fields, or adjusting error messaging. Recommendations are paired with concrete microcopy alternatives that designers can accept or edit directly in the analytics dashboard.
The generative module flags high-impact changes and simulates expected lift using historical data patterns. Teams can A/B test suggested microcopy quickly through integrated experiments or export suggestions to design tools as draft artboards.
Pulse emphasizes explainability: each suggestion includes the evidence (session clips, heatmap clusters) and a short rationale. This makes it easier for product teams to defend UX changes to stakeholders based on observed behavior and model-backed proposals.
