QuantaForms Raises $26M to Commercialize Declarative 3D UI for AR/VR Experiences
Design · 4 min read
QuantaForms’ framework abstracts spatial layout, focus management, and adaptive typography for immersive devices. Designers can describe UIs declaratively and get cross-platform runtime bindings to major engines and AR runtimes, reducing platform-specific rewrites.
The investment will speed work on visual editing tools and a visual constraints solver that helps place UI elements relative to physical geometry and user gaze. QuantaForms also announced partnerships with device makers to optimize performance profiles and battery usage.
Founders emphasized that predictable, accessible spatial interfaces are crucial for mainstream adoption of AR/VR. The company plans to open up a marketplace for community-built 3D components and governance tools for enterprise adoption.
