QuantumLanes secures $45M to build competitive VR arenas and launches pilot venues in three cities

QuantumLanes’ arena concept is designed for short-format competitive matches with studio-grade motion capture, real-time spectator overlays, and integrated broadcast tooling. Each venue offers dynamically reconfigurable arena layouts to support multiple game modes and safety zones.

The $45 million round was led by Esports Capital, with participation from immersive entertainment operators and regional development funds. QuantumLanes will use funds to standardize hardware racks, refine matchmaking algorithms, and build content partnerships with competitive studios.

Early pilots aim to prove retention and monetization models that combine ticketing, subscription passes, and broadcast sponsorships. The company expects arenas to serve both casual groups and organized competitive leagues seeking live event content.
