The new access tier offers both gated job submissions and a hybrid simulator-execution pipeline that helps developers test algorithms at scale. QuantumLink also launched a higher-level SDK with compilation pipelines optimized for near-term hardware constraints and noise mitigation routines.
Strategic investors include cloud providers and a consortium of pharmaceutical companies interested in molecular simulation. QuantumLink highlighted partnerships to co-develop application libraries for portfolio optimization and quantum-accelerated sampling.
Proceeds will expand data center capacity, refine error-corrected primitives, and grow an education program to onboard enterprise engineers. The company said the 256-qubit milestone is a pragmatic step toward application-relevant experiments rather than full fault tolerance.
