QuantumStack announces QSim Hybrid, a commercial quantum simulator, and lands $40M Series C

QSim Hybrid provides a tunable fidelity simulator, noise modeling tools, and direct deployment pipelines to multiple hardware backends. QuantumStack emphasizes reproducible experiments, parameter sweeps, and an enterprise dashboard for tracking runs across teams and devices.

The $40 million Series C round was led by Solstice Capital with participation from strategic compute partners and a consortium of national labs. Funds will expand cloud capacity, HPC integrations, and partnerships aimed at chemistry and optimization customers exploring quantum advantage.

QuantumStack also announced enterprise licensing options with on-prem deployments for customers needing isolated compute. The company sees QSim Hybrid as a practical path for organizations to quantify near-term gains while preparing algorithms for the next generation of quantum hardware.
