Quill Studio launches MuseAI and raises $27M to bring creative AI to editorial design

Quill Studio secured $27 million led by Creative Capital to commercialize MuseAI, which targets editorial teams and brand publishers. The funding helps build integrations with layout engines and print workflows.

MuseAI can intake asset packs, brand tone, and target reading durations to propose layout grids, typographic hierarchies, and suggested copy blocks. The product emphasizes typographic finesse and print-safe color palettes.

Design directors using MuseAI said it speeds up exploratory layouts and produces better initial comp directions. Quill Studio is also working on version control for editorial runs and CMS connectors for iterative publishing workflows.
