QuiverVR launches modular VR toolkit for cross-platform social spaces

QuiverVR announced QuiverKit, a developer toolkit that simplifies building social VR experiences across headsets and the web. The kit includes a server-backed spatial audio engine, avatar rigging templates, and sync primitives for persistent world state.

The company emphasized interoperability: QuiverKit supports WebXR, OpenXR headsets, and has an SDK for Unity and Unreal. It also includes a low-code scene builder aimed at event organizers who want to host virtual conferences or concerts without deep engineering resources.

QuiverVR plans to monetize through revenue share on ticketed events, a marketplace for avatar and environment assets, and enterprise licensing for branded spaces. Early pilots included a music promoter who reported 10k attendees in a weekend virtual festival built with QuiverKit.

The release occurs as interest in virtual events resurges, and QuiverVR positions itself against heavier, more bespoke platforms by focusing on fast iteration and cross-platform reach.
