We detail friction in cross-mod communication and policy enforcement: inconsistent UI patterns for reporting, opaque content removal messaging, and limited tooling for bulk actions. These issues amplify the time cost for volunteers who maintain community norms.

Actionable suggestions include consolidating rule authoring into guided wizards, providing moderation activity dashboards that surface trends, and introducing micro-payments or official tooling credits to reduce burnout and retain experienced mods.
