Rook & Rivet secures $11M seed to build a design-system analytics platform for distributed teams

Rook & Rivet announced an $11 million seed round for a design-system analytics platform that measures token usage, component adoption, and visual drift across products. The platform scans codebases and design files to produce a unified dashboard highlighting where teams deviate from system standards.

Features include change impact simulations, automated migration suggestions, and alerts when components diverge from system tokens. The company says enterprise customers can now quantify technical debt caused by design inconsistencies and prioritize remediation work.

The funding will go toward expanding integrations with mono-repo tools, adding role-based access for cross-functional governance, and building an insights API for continuous improvement loops. Rook & Rivet plans to launch a pilot program for large consumer tech companies later this year.
