The timeline-aware generation understands sequence context, easing the conversion of component transitions and micro-interactions into keyframe suggestions. Designers can generate easing curves, duration recommendations, and stagger patterns that are exportable as JSON timelines or After Effects-compatible assets.

Runway also added semantic motion templates for common UI actions like notifications, onboarding flows, and state changes, letting teams standardize motion systems. The plugin attempts to maintain production constraints such as GPU-friendly animation complexity.
