ScribeFlow Raises $12M to Launch Multimodal Meeting Summarizer for Hybrid Workflows

ScribeFlow's new product listens to meetings, captures key slides and visual artifacts, and produces a one-page summary with timestamps, decisions, and next steps. Rather than relying solely on full-text transcripts, the assistant highlights slides, whiteboard snapshots, and code snippets, presenting them as linked artifacts users can quickly review.

Privacy and editability are central: ScribeFlow offers tenant-specific encryption keys, deletion controls, and a human-in-the-loop editor mode where meeting leads can tweak the summary before it’s shared. The company says its approach reduces meeting follow-ups and improves asynchronous handoffs across distributed teams.

The $12 million funding round was led by Harbor Ridge with angel participation from former product leads at major collaboration platforms. ScribeFlow will use the capital to build enterprise integrations (JIRA, Asana, Notion), expand language support, and ship a lightweight mobile companion app for summary review and approvals.
