SecureGrid Launches Zero-Trust IoT Gateway for Factories and Raises $25M Series A

SecureGrid introduced a hardened gateway designed to bring zero-trust principles to industrial IoT and operational technology stacks. The appliance provides device identity management, micro-segmentation, and policy enforcement that can be deployed without replacing legacy field equipment.

The company closed a $25 million Series A led by Industrial Ventures, intending to expand field engineering teams and partner integrations with major SCADA and PLC vendors. SecureGrid highlighted its ability to provide secure remote access and to quarantine suspicious devices automatically.

Pilot customers in manufacturing and utilities reported simplified compliance audits and reduced blast radius for compromised endpoints. SecureGrid plans to offer a managed service tier that combines gateway orchestration with continuous threat monitoring and automated patch coordination.
