SentiLens raises $30M to launch emotion-aware UX analytics

SentiLens' product collects opt-in facial expression and micro-gesture signals and correlates them with interaction events to surface friction hotspots and emotional contours across flows. The company insists on privacy-first defaults and local-first processing to anonymize sensitive data.

The capital will be used to improve on-device inferencing, expand SDKs for mobile and web, and pursue partnerships with UX research firms. Greylock led the round with participation from SignalFire and privacy-focused angels.

SentiLens is targeting e-commerce, fintech, and telco UX teams seeking richer qualitative signals at scale. The company has already run pilots demonstrating that emotion-augmented funnels can reveal pain points missed by clickstreams alone, but it warns clients to treat signals as complements to, not replacements for, human research.
