SentryMesh secures $28M to launch privacy-first device telemetry pipeline
Tech · 5 min read
SentryMesh unveiled a telemetry pipeline that shifts aggregation and anonymization to the edge, minimizing raw data sent to cloud endpoints. The startup’s tech incorporates secure multiparty computation and differential privacy patterns to allow meaningful analytics without exposing identifiable signals.
The company closed $28 million in Series A funding led by North Ridge, with strategic investments from a consumer device OEM. The funds will be used to certify SDKs across hardware platforms, build audit tooling for regulators, and scale their managed service.
SentryMesh positions its product for manufacturers and platforms looking to balance device insights with privacy mandates. Pilot customers include a smart home vendor and a wearable maker focused on compliance in EU and APAC markets.
