SignalNest raises $18M to launch ContextLens, an AI UX analytics product

SignalNest announced an $18M seed round led by Meridian Partners and the launch of ContextLens, an AI analytics product that ingests event streams, heatmaps, and session metadata to produce prioritized UX recommendations. The system is designed to reduce noise by ranking issues by user impact and implementation cost.

ContextLens uses on-device differential privacy and federated aggregation to preserve sensitive session data, and it outputs actionable artifacts like annotated journey maps, reproducible test cases, and prioritized backlog items for product and design teams. The product includes an API for integrating with existing analytics and ticketing systems.

SignalNest will use the funds to scale the ML team, expand integrations with major product platforms, and develop templates tailored to regulated industries. Early enterprise trials reported a 27% reduction in time-to-fix for top usability issues.
