Sketch ships SketcherAI plugin to convert rough wireframes into componentized UIs

SketcherAI analyzes uploaded sketches and snaps to detect components, text regions, and grid structures, then reconstructs them as reusable symbols and shared styles. It outputs artboards that respect the host project's type scale and color tokens, aiming for minimal cleanup before handoff.

The plugin supports a 'system-aware' conversion mode that maps detected UI elements to existing team symbols, reducing duplication and helping designers maintain a single source of truth. SketcherAI also provides an audit panel that lists uncertain mappings for quick review.
