SketchFlow secures $12M strategic round from design studios to grow collaborative prototyping

SketchFlow's platform offers real-time collaborative prototyping with design tokens, component libraries, and a plugin ecosystem for handoff to engineering. The $12 million comes from a mix of strategic studio investors who plan to standardize internal workflows on the platform.
Planned investments include robust version control tailored to designers, enhanced access controls for client projects, and deeper integrations with developer toolchains. SketchFlow also plans to launch a certification program for partner agencies.
The company says the strategic round reflects a demand for vendor-neutral tooling that prioritizes design process governance for large studios. SketchFlow will use part of the capital to expand customer success teams and provide migration services for agencies moving off legacy tools.
